Language

Ojibwe language has been called by many names including Anishinaabemowin, Ojibwe, Ojibway, Ojibwa, Southwestern Chippewa, and Chippewa. It is a Central Algonquian language spoken by the Anishinaabe. It is centered around the Great Lakes homeland of the Ojibwe people. Language Page »
