The current job market indicates solid prospects for the future. Individuals possessing appropriate certifications and credentials can look forward to job opportunities. The Paraprofessional Educator program is designed to meet the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act, providing students the opportunity to become employed in a variety of educational settings. School districts may have established local paraprofessional requirements, so students are advised to contact local school districts for specific educational requirements for paraprofessional educator positions.
