The annual Holiday Celebration sponsored by the Human Services Club at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College (FDLTCC) returns to FDLTCC on Friday, December 9, 2022. The holiday festivities continue Saturday, December 10, with the Arts and Crafts Holiday Market at FDLTCC. The beautiful FDLTCC campus is decorated with lights, trees, and lots of cheer for the annual Holiday Celebration, thanks to the fantastic FDLTCC Human Services Club. The great family event, sponsored by the FDLTCC Human Services Club, takes place from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in the FDLTCC commons on Friday, December 9. Like past years, the annual Holiday Celebration will include food, games, drawings for great prizes and much more. Plus, every child in attendance will receive a fun gift from Santa!
Talking about the upcoming Holiday Celebration, FDLTCC Human Services Program Coordinator, Don Jarvinen shares, “The Human Services Club is excited to bring back this 26-year tradition for our community! The event has provided an opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate as one, keeping with the college mission of a Union of Cultures.”
Jarvinen continued, “After not having the Holiday Celebration for 2 years due to the pandemic the community response has been overwhelmingly supportive. Discover great gifts for family and friends at the Arts and Crafts Holiday Market on Saturday, December 10, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the FDLTCC Commons. During the event, more than a dozen artists, bakers, and craft makers will be sharing beautiful beadwork, healing soaps and creams, Native American artwork, and much more.
