Certificates:

Certificates provide focused training in specialized areas. Certificates are designed to be completed in a short period of time and are based on entry level business concepts and skills.

• Small Business/Entrepreneurship

• Demonstrate foundational knowledge of core business disciplines including accounting, finance, marketing, management, and economics.
• Interpret ethical principles in decision making.
• Develop evidence-based solutions to business problems or opportunities. (Construct/Cultivate/Integrate/Create)
• Communicate business concepts, analysis, and recommendations through written, oral, and visual formats tailored to various audiences.
• Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating collaboration, leadership, and interpersonal skills across functional and cultural boundaries.
• Understand the role of diversity and inclusion in business environments and analyze the impact of diverse perspectives on business decision-making, team dynamics, and organizational success.
