Food Safety and Postharvest Handling Training
Join UMN Extension educator Annalisa Hultberg for an in-depth training on on-farm food safety and postharvest handling as part of the 2025 Local Foods Summer Workshop Series hosted by the Environmental Institute at FDLTCC. This training is taught by UMN Extension and will include interactive activities and examples of best practices to ensure your produce is safe and long-lasting for your customers.
