Electric Utility Technology
The Electric Utility Technology program at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College offers training for careers related to electric utility technologies. The primary option is an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electric Utility Technology (EUT) that prepares students to become technicians in the power generation industry and in other large industry settings.
Completing the EUT Associate of Applied Science degree prepares students to enter into a Relay Technician apprenticeship program offered by some electric utility companies, or students may transfer to another college and work toward a four-year degree. Graduates will be well prepared for the beginning test of technical knowledge that are part of apprenticeship programs.

- Completing the EUT-Relay Technician Associate of Applied Science degree prepares students to enter into a Relay Technician position at Electric Utilities.
- Students are encouraged to complete their AA degree in addition to the EUT program to provide the ability to continue through transfer may transfer to another college and work toward a four-year degree at the completion of the program or at some later date after gaining experience in this highly technical field.
Provide Clean Energy training for technicians and interested individuals in the fields of, Solar, Wind, and Home Performance.
The objective of the Clean Energy program is to train professional technicians and individuals for the advancing industry of applying clean energy technologies in homes, small businesses, and tribal communities.
Students will also be well-suited to work in the rapidly developing industry of electric energy-based renewable energy systems, and in electric energy-based high efficiency systems.
