Student Life Committee
Student Life is a subcommittee of the Student Senate and the Anishinaabe Student Council at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College.
Student Life is governed by the policies for student life/activity committees defined by the Minnesota State system and the American Indian Higher Education Consortium.
The purpose of the Student Life subcommittee shall be to recommend to the Student Senate and Anishinaabe Student Council the amount of the student life fee for the ensuing year, the allocation of revenues, policies and procedures for oversight of the student life budget, and expenditures consistent with Minnesota State system and institution policies and procedures. Student Life shall perform these duties in a way that recognizes the unique, multicultural needs of the Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College student body.
All registered students at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College who pay student life fees are eligible to participate in student life-funded activities, subject to the policies of the institution and student organizations chartered by the Student Senate and Anishinaabe Student Council.
All students are eligible, including but not limited to PSEO, on campus, satellite campuses, etc., except college in high school participants.
The Student Life subcommittee shall be comprised of six students and two advisors. The students shall be the president and vice president of Student Senate, the president and vice president of Anishinaabe Student Council, one student-at-large member, and one secretary. The advisors shall consist of the chief student affairs officer and the student activities coordinator.
